Senior Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a major cross-functional platform initiative. You will sit at the center of engineering, product, QA, and operations, driving the plan, owning the risk register, and ensuring the right people know the right things
What the Role Involves
- Own full lifecycle program management for a significant cross-functional initiative, coordinating closely with engineering, product, QA, and operations.
- Keep project plans, risk logs, velocity tracking, and resourcing visibility current across multiple teams.
- Lead stakeholder communication and status reporting, including milestone assurance up to executive level.
- Plan and sequence releases across both the SaaS and on-prem/air-gapped tracks, accounting for their different constraints and timelines.
- Run (and steadily improve) sprint reviews, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions.
- Spot delivery risk early, escalate it appropriately, and drive mitigation through to resolution.
- Mentor 1–3 junior TPMs and help embed stronger program discipline across the function.
What We're Looking For
- 6–9 years' experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar, with solid grounding in the software delivery lifecycle.
