Technical Program Manager (50479)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 8–10 years of experience in software development and technology delivery, with a strong background in managing Full Stack application development projects.

Project & Delivery Management Manage end-to-end delivery of Full Stack web and application development projects. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, release plans, sprint plans, and delivery roadmaps. Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessment and stakeholder alignment. Drive timely resolution of technical and delivery blockers. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget. Technical Project Management Work closely with technical teams to understand application architecture, design, integrations, and dependencies. Manage delivery of applications involving front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Facilitate technical discussions between Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Review and track technical deliverables, including: Solution Architecture, High-Level and Low-Level Designs, API Specifications, Integration Designs, Security and Non-Functional Requirements, Deployment and Release Plans Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and integration challenges. Ensure appropriate technical decisions and action items are documented and tracked. Full Stack Technology Understanding The candidate should have a good understanding of modern Full Stack technologies, including: Front-End React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3 Responsive and component-based application development Back-End Node.js, .NET / .NET Core, Java, or similar technologies RESTful APIs and Microservices Authentication and authorization concepts API gateways and integration patterns Databases SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases MongoDB or other NoSQL databases Database design, performance, and data integration concepts Cloud & DevOps AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud CI/CD pipelines Git and source code management Docker and containerization concepts Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts Application monitoring and logging Agile & Team Management Lead and manage Agile software delivery teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming. Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize requirements and maintain the product backlog. Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and appropriate technical readiness. Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity, release readiness, and delivery commitments. Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams. Support estimation, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Release & Production Management Coordinate application releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. Ensure release readiness, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and production validation are completed. Manage production issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams. Conduct post-release reviews and track improvement actions.

Act as a key point of contact between business and technology stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key decisions. Conduct project governance meetings and leadership updates. Translate technical issues and risks into clear business impacts. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business, product, and technology teams. Coordinate with external vendors and third-party teams where applicable.
