Technical Program Manager 3

Proven Track Record: 5+ years of core Technical Program Management (TPM) experience leading complex, large-scale software or infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Solid Engineering Foundation: 8+ years of total experience working directly with engineering teams, including 3+ years of hands-on software development, system architecture, or quality engineering experience. You can confidently read code, challenge architectural decisions, and speak the same language as your tech leads.

Master of Ambiguity: A proven ability to take highly chaotic, ill-defined problems and break them down into structured, actionable, and scalable technical execution plans.

Cross-Functional Catalyst: Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of driving alignment across disparate engineering, product, security, compliance, and business operations teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
