Role Overview
Technical Project Manager III role within the Commercial and Investment Bank Payments Technology team.
Lead complex technology projects and programs that support business goals, client value, and technology advancement.
Apply technical principles, analytical reasoning, adaptability, communication, and stakeholder management to deliver projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans covering technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Lead or support PI Planning, sprint execution, and Agile ceremonies.
- Track delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
- Manage Jira backlogs, sprint setup, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Coordinate release readiness, dependencies, cutover, and go-live tracking.
- Maintain delivery governance documentation in Confluence.
- Use authorized AI capabilities for requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation.
- Promote reuse-first AI-assisted governance practices with human review.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of technical program management experience or equivalent expertise.
