About the Role
Financeit is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the roadmap for the Loan Servicing platform, working with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Lending partners. You will manage a backlog, produce detailed requirements, and guide engineers through complex financial logic.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Platform Product Manager to gain deep understanding of customer needs and facilitate technical discovery
- Manage a healthy backlog and coordinate activities of the development team in an agile product development cycle
- Facilitate grooming and planning meetings, daily stand ups, break down stories into technical tasks and effort estimation
- Produce detailed business and functional requirements documentation including complex scenario mapping
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for optimum solutions, including Risk, Operations, Collections, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Maintain relevant metrics to measure efficiency and predictability of the dev team
- Monitor, track and provide outward communication on team's progress against delivery goals
- Document details around each release, outlining product details, project rationale, financial flows, lender specific logic, and system architecture changes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software development management
- Minimum of 2 years leading dev teams in an Agile environment through continuous delivery of product roadmaps
- Direct experience building out complex web/SaaS platforms for the banking / lending / FinTech industry
- Analytical and meticulous can easily find edge cases when developing business requirements
- Exceptional written and in person presentation skills
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines under pressure
- Direct experience integrating automation platforms and proven track record in process improvement a big plus
