The Wireline Product team focuses on improving customer purchasing journeys and operational support.

Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager will lead strategy, development, and delivery of product features for Bell’s OMNI ordering platform.

The role focuses on accurate, comprehensive, and usable product, pricing, and offer information.

Product Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for assigned features from concept to launch.
  • Gather business and user needs and translate them into specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Agile and Delivery

  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Define acceptance criteria, support test planning, participate in testing, and coordinate releases and updates.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting timelines, quality, or team productivity.

Collaboration and Improvement

  • Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders on product development and go-to-market execution.
  • Advocate for intuitive digital experiences and report product status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
  • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technology, engineering, or computer science field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience in an Agile software product development environment.
  • Knowledge of product management principles, Agile practices, requirements prioritization, and business processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, independent work, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, or other Agile backlog and project management tools.
  • Scrum Product Owner certification such as CSPO is preferred.

Language

  • Adequate French knowledge is required for positions located in Quebec.

Work Arrangement

  • The position is hybrid, with successful candidates based in Canada and reporting to a Bell office at least three days per week.

The position is regular full time and may be based in Toronto, Mississauga, or Montreal.
