The Technical Product Manager turns customer and business needs into platform capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes.
The role partners with stakeholders and Engineering to translate requirements into technical specifications and lead execution from discovery through release.
The position contributes to identifying high-impact AI product opportunities and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units, facilitate requirements workshops, and prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Document stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, processes, gaps, and dependencies.
- Lead backlog refinement and support Engineering, QA, Operations, delivery, testing, and release readiness.
- Coordinate UAT, analyze product and operational data, and recommend improvements.
- Communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders.
