Role Overview

  • The Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in executing the day to day management of the company’s engine assets as they move through the global maintenance network.
  • This individual owns a portfolio of engines and is responsible for managing those assets through the full shop visit lifecycle, from induction through completion.
  • Acting as the central point of accountability, this role ensures engines progress on schedule, align with planned workscopes, and meet technical and operational expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of engines progressing through the company’s MRO network.
  • Manage engines from induction through completion, ensuring alignment with planned timelines and scope.
  • Track engine status in real time and proactively drive progress across all phases of the shop visit.
  • Review and validate maintenance planning logic, shop visit triggers, and initial workscopes.
  • Ensure execution aligns with technical requirements, configuration standards, and asset strategy.
  • Work closely with on site product management, planning, and production teams to ensure execution stays on track.
  • Align asset plans with real time shop conditions, capacity constraints, and operational realities.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers, internal stakeholders, and shop personnel.
  • Provide clear updates on engine status, risks, and expected completion timelines.
  • Support on wing troubleshooting and technical discussions as needed.

Requirements

  • You bring direct experience working with aircraft engines within an airline, MRO, OEM, or leasing environment. Experience with CFM56 or similar engine platforms preferred.
  • You are familiar with engine maintenance cycles, shop workflows, and execution realities.
  • You are able to interpret workscopes, technical documentation, and engine condition to support decision making and have a background in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • You have experience tracking and driving work across multiple stakeholders in fast paced settings with exposure to engine maintenance planning, workscope development, or asset management.
  • You Are an Effective Communicator: You can engage across technical and non technical teams and provide clear, concise updates. French language skills are helpful but not required.

Compensation

  • A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance based bonus.
