Role Summary
The Technical Product Lead works with Product while bringing a strong technical lens to product definition and execution.
The role operates across Product, Engineering, AI, Security, Audit, and Compliance to create useful, secure, auditable, compliant, and production-ready products.
The position is not a traditional product manager role focused primarily on requirements and roadmaps.
Product and Technical Execution
- Translate customer and business requirements into technically executable products.
- Define detailed product requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints.
- Partner with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Assess technical feasibility early in product development.
Governance and Readiness
- Ensure products address security, auditability, compliance, data governance, access control, observability, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Incorporate Security and Compliance requirements directly into product design.
- Define audit trails and explainability requirements for AI-powered workflows.
