Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical risk and opportunity governance to proposals and projects to achieve reliable performance, timeliness, and quality.
- Support technical leadership, staff cohesion, performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development.
- Support sustainable business growth through client relationship management and business development activities.
Experience and Profile
- At least 20 years of professional industry experience.
- Established international industry profile recognised as a leader in ports and maritime.
- Sought out at industry forums.
Demonstrated Capabilities
- Provide technical expertise across high-profile projects and manage risk on substantial projects.
- Apply safety in design practices and processes and deliver client outcomes resulting in cost savings.
- Establish client relationships, bring in new business, and build the technical capability of others.
- Undertake complex technical tasks independently across medium to large projects.
- Monitor and manage scope and risk across multiple complex projects and apply business systems.
- Prepare high-level technical reports and successful proposals.
- Plan workloads efficiently, meet deadlines, work across varied projects, and continuously learn.
