Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee pre‑sales performance, outcomes, and results, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drives team success through effective coaching, delegation, and development of team members.
- Lead and optimize proposal processes and the ESS configurator through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions and clear, effective customer communication
- Provides regular communication and reporting to stakeholders while ensuring alignment of the team with organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop compelling ESS proposals that drive business success.
- Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative, customer‑focused ESS solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements to design and deliver tailored standard or custom solutions that address specific business needs.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to help customers clearly understand the value and benefits of ESS products.
- Mentor and develop new team members, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide insights to support future growth.
Essential Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- Over 7 years of experience in the power industry/energy storage.
- Proven expertise in preparing technical commercial proposals and delivering outstanding sales presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the communication skills to share complex technical solutions clearly.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and accountable - ready to meet and exceed targets.
- A leader with excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google tools, and CRM software (Salesforce).
