Support Inside Sales with replacement part identification, customer request clarification, and quote accuracy.
Use BOMs, manuals, drawings, order history, supplier information, and system records to recommend correct replacement parts.
Validate compatibility, substitutions, supersessions, and obsolescence paths with internal teams and suppliers.
