Job Overview

  • Gulf Coast Company is looking for a Technical Office / Submittal Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit technical submittal files for project approvals.
  • Arrange technical documents, data sheets, catalogs, warranty certificates, quality certificates, and compliance documents.
  • Follow up on consultant and contractor comments related to technical approvals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and suppliers to obtain all required technical documents.
  • Organize and archive technical files for each project.
  • Revise and resubmit technical files when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Agricultural, Irrigation, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Technical Office, Submittals, or project documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF editing, and file organization.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Experience in irrigation, landscape, pipes, valves, fittings, or infrastructure materials is preferred.
