Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for high-rise & luxury finishes.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and high-end quality standards.
- Quantity take-offs, BOQ review, and variation order preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience, including high-rise buildings and high-end finishing works (luxury residential, hotels, mixed-use).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Immediate availability in Jeddah + valid KSA transferable IQAMA.
