About the Role
THE ARCHITECTS is seeking a Technical Office Architect to prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents. The role involves BIM/CAD modeling, code compliance, and collaboration with project teams for luxury residential projects in Jeddah.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues
- Produce and update BIM/CAD models, specifications, and material schedules
- Review integration with structural, MEP, and other systems
- Monitor compliance with codes, standards, and company guidelines
- Assist in value engineering and support project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong analytical and technical coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in luxury residential or high end real estate projects is an advantage
