Responsibilities
- Promote and specify Styro systems into consultant designs and tender documents
- Generate leads, manage pipeline, and close deals with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Conduct lunch & learn sessions, seminars, and factory visits
- Provide technical assistance during design and execution stages
- Represent Styro at trade shows and industry events

Role Overview
- The Technical Marketing Engineer will promote and specify Styro Systems including Insulation, Decoration, Roof, Geofoam, and False Ceiling Systems across consultants, contractors, and developers.
- The role involves technical specification, project follow ups, consultant engagement, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targets for Styro Insulation and Decoration Systems, Roof, Geofoam, and False Ceiling Systems.
- Generate leads, manage pipeline, and close deals with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Promote and specify Styro systems into consultant designs and tender documents.
- Conduct lunch & learn sessions, seminars, and factory visits for consultants and project stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers in consultancy and contracting firms.
- Ensure Styro products are included in BOQs and project specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to consultants and contractors during design and execution stages.
- Coordinate with the technical department to prepare compliance statements, datasheets, and method statements.
- Support mock ups, site visits, and system approvals.
- Represent Styro systems at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
