Technical Manager - Mid/High Rise Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.
• Responsible for managing and monitoring the quality of construction work, ensuring that it meets industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes.
• Manage drawings, BOQ, subcontractor agreements and identify the scope of work effectively.
• Review the material requests, deployments, subcontractor certificates.
• To help establish a legislative, regulatory and standards framework that allows the industry to be competitive.
• Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high level of expertise and knowledge.
• Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them.
• Act as a key contact with stakeholders who has technical issues.
• Reporting for continuous improvement.
