Technical Manager Lead

Worked at a senior level within a UK construction organisation

Ability to lead and manage individuals and teams, both direct and indirectly

Ability to work remotely and be self-managing while maintaining team spirit

Strong commercial awareness

Willingness to travel throughout the UK

Experience managing Designers and other Consultants

• Construction/Design related HNC/HND/Degree
• Member of Professional Body CIOB/RIBA/RICS (desirable)
• BIM Expertise

• Extensive design experience working for a contractor, subcontractor, specialist supplier or consultant.
• Proven track record of managing teams of consultants to deliver designs on time and within budget.
• Exposure to education sector (desirable)
• Experience of pre-construction process
• Experience of design and build projects within education sector (desirable)
