Responsibilities
- Conduct independent third party inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories
- Perform frequent site visits across UAE to execute inspections and coordinate with client/site teams
- Verify compliance with applicable UAE regulations/standards, manufacturer requirements, and internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020, company Quality Management System, and Type A independence/impartiality requirements
- Face and support EIAC/LEEA technical audits/assessments (including witness audits)
- Support development/improvement of technical inspection/test methods where applicable
- Train and mentor other inspection engineers to standardize inspection practices and improve reporting quality
Requirements
- Experience in independent third party inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories
- Knowledge of UAE regulations/standards for lifting equipment
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020 and company Quality Management System
- Ability to support EIAC/LEEA technical audits/assessments
- Experience in training and mentoring inspection engineers
