Technical Manager, Construction Interface

• 15+ years of senior technical leadership experience on large, complex, multi‐stakeholder programs.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Architect preferred; construction‐based certifications an asset.
• Proven ability to lead interface management between design teams, construction managers, and clients.
• Experience navigating senior‐level CM and ADM‐level technical forums with credibility.
• Demonstrated skill in resolving multi‐disciplinary technical issues under pressure.
• Systems thinker capable of balancing constructability, sequencing, safety, quality, contractual obligations, and downstream impacts.
• Highly structured, decisive, pragmatic, and oriented toward closure and technical integrity.
• This position requires a valid Secret security clearance issued by the Government of Canada

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $177,000 – $234,400 MB & ON: $161,500 – $222,300 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $159,900 – $212,300
