Technical Manager (Civil)

· Coordinate and Liaise with Client/Engineer/Project team regarding design and documentation so that Site progress is unaffected.

· Receive technical requirements from the site teams and evaluate that all the relevant information is available for the development of the appropriate engineering solution and deliverables.

· Review and action all construction contract correspondences with key concerned stakeholders.

· Issue instructions to sub-contractors for their action to comply with the construction contract time and quality requirements.

· Action the instructions to modify the works in consultation with the Head Office if involving a change to the design.

· Review and process Sub Contractor Submissions and variation orders.

· Monitor and review the final Close-Out Procedures.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
