Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Technical Team Manager for a real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role requires an experienced technical leader with a strong background in high-rise building projects and multidisciplinary engineering management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team covering civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site execution.
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
- Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection to support constructability.
- Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineering teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while reporting key updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
