DP World is seeking a proactive Technical Learning Manager to join our People team based in Port Botany, NSW.
Working within the Learning & Development team, you will partner with leaders across our Container Parks business to build capability that supports operational excellence and prepares our workforce for the future.
You’ll identify capability gaps, develop scalable learning solutions and turn operational knowledge into practical capability solutions that help people learn, perform and succeed.
Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll shape how technical capability is developed across our business and support initiatives to improve performance, strengthen workforce readiness and meet operational, safety and compliance requirements.
You’ll develop and support frontline technical training programs, translate corporate learning frameworks into site-based training, work with SMEs to enhance learning content, and use training data to support continuous improvement, audit and reporting requirements.
You’ll join a team redefining how learning and capability are developed across the business, with the opportunity to create practical solutions and influence how learning is experienced in an operational environment.
