Technical Learning Advisor (Mechanical Technician - Pre-Flight) (Dorval, Québec, CA, H4S 1Y9)

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician

You hold a DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance (an M2 License or EASA B1 License or FAA A&P would be an asset)

You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching

You have excellent interpersonal skills

You are able to manage projects effectively

You have the ability to influence others

You are a strong team player

You demonstrate adaptability and a good tolerance for change

You have strong organizational and planning skills

You are proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)

You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken

You have knowledge of the process for obtaining M2 licenses would be an asset
