· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline); Master's degree preferred.
· 6–9 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development and/or ADAS Algorithm Development.
· Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C and C++ software development.
· Proven experience with MATLAB and Simulink-based development.
· Experience developing or integrating ADAS features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), or related safety systems.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities with the ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
· Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and automotive software frameworks.
· Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
· Experience with ASPICE processes, configuration management, and CI/CD tools.
· Exposure to model-based development, algorithm optimization, and automotive software integration.
· Experience working in global, cross-functional automotive programs.
