Technical Lead - Workday Integration

Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Lead complex integrations between HR, payroll, and benefits partners using Workday tools.
• Use Workday Studio, PECI, RaaS Integrations, EIB, calculated fields, web services, custom reports, XSLT, and XPath.
• Lead data conversion concepts and assess their impact on business processes, including Workday iLoads.
• Assess requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
• Create technical designs, perform unit and system integration tests, and support deployments.
• Coordinate integration analysis, configuration, and production deployment.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal or external vendors.
• Resolve functional, architectural, and technical issues across multi-system projects.
• Determine integration approaches from customer requirements and system landscapes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with strong organization and urgency.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, payroll, and benefits partners.
• Advanced knowledge of IT design principles and functional design processes.
• Middleware experience with Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed teams.
