- Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture, technical standards, and development best practices
- Review and approve technical solution designs, integrations, customizations, and enhancements
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex application and integration issues
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions
- Lead technical delivery and support activities related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and related PaaS services
- Architect end to end integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems
- Establish integration patterns, API standards, monitoring mechanisms, and error handling frameworks
- Develop and maintain enterprise integration roadmaps and reusable integration assets
- Lead integration and interoperability initiatives across ERP and non ERP platforms
- Evaluate and implement AI enabled solutions (Generative AI, ML, Intelligent Automation)
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, SCM, HCM, Projects)
- Experience with Oracle PaaS services (OIC, VBCS, Process Automation)
- Strong technical leadership and governance skills
- Experience with enterprise integration architecture and API standards
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and governance across enterprise application initiatives.
- Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
- Review and approve technical solution designs, integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex application and integration issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.
Oracle Fusion and Enterprise Applications
- Lead technical delivery and support activities related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, SCM, HCM, and Projects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage Oracle Fusion extensions, custom reports, workflows, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions align with Oracle best practices and cloud adoption strategies.
Oracle PaaS and Integration Architecture
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Automation, and related Oracle PaaS services.
- Architect end to end integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
- Establish integration patterns, API standards, monitoring mechanisms, and error handling frameworks.
- Develop and maintain enterprise integration roadmaps and reusable integration assets.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of integration solutions.
Enterprise Systems and Digital Transformation
- Lead integration and interoperability initiatives across ERP and non ERP platforms such as Zoho.
- Support implementation and integration of enterprise applications including CRM, HRMS, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, and collaboration platforms.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
- Drive process optimization through workflow automation and low code/no code technologies.
Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies
- Evaluate and implement AI enabled solutions that improve business productivity and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and AI Agents within enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business units to develop AI use cases and proof of concepts.
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend adoption strategies.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical consultation.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed standards and timelines.
- Support project governance, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
Security and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and governance frameworks.
- Implement secure integration and application design principles.
- Support audit activities and ensure proper documentation of technical solutions.
