Role Overview
Technical Lead role supporting SOC operations and security requirements across MAF.
The role includes incident support, SIEM operations, security investigations, integrations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 support for all incidents across MAF.
- Perform day-to-day SIEM incident analysis and escalation.
- Support L3 investigation and response for security incidents.
- Create and optimize SIEM use cases.
- Support discussions for new log-source onboarding.
- Optimize systems, including logs.
- Prepare and deliver client reports.
- Drive new engagements and tasks based on MAF requirements.
- Handle custom monitoring and integration requirements.
- Support integration with security tools such as TIP and SOAR.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Ability to support L3 investigation and response for security incidents.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and bridge technical and operational goals.
- Ability to support security tool integrations and custom monitoring requirements.
