Role Overview
Hiring for a Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer role.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers is required.
- Advanced C++ programming, object-oriented design, and Win32/MFC skills are required.
- Strong command of creational, structural, and behavioural software design patterns is required.
- Practical experience interfacing with physical hardware or external industrial equipment is required.
- Experience creating system specifications, architecture documents, unit test cases, and impact analysis checklists is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Automation Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Six years of C++ experience is listed as preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹1,500,000 to ₹2,000,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Build software for the Windows desktop environment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Develop software using C++, object-oriented design, and Win32/MFC libraries.
- Apply appropriate creational, structural, and behavioural design patterns to software architecture.
- Write software that controls physical hardware, manages motor movements, or reads inputs from industrial equipment.
- Create system specifications and architectural layout documents.
- Prepare developer-level unit test cases and impact analysis checklists.
