Role Overview
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions.
Manage 5 to 8 Power BI developers while contributing hands-on to solution design, development, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage Power BI developers.
- Provide technical guidance across Power BI initiatives and establish dashboard standards, best practices, and governance controls.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support complex technical problem-solving and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Deliver interactive dashboards for executive, operational, regulatory, and business reporting.
- Build reusable frameworks and scalable semantic models.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Mockups and Stakeholders
- Create dashboard prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
