Role overview
The Technical Lead supports and evolves a business-critical reporting and data platform for TD Treasury and Balance Sheet Management.
The platform includes a large-scale SQL data warehouse, data integration services, reporting solutions, and cloud modernization initiatives.
The role works with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and data specialists to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
What you will do
- Lead development, support, and enhancement of reporting and data platforms.
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and data warehouses.
- Develop applications, maintain ETL and big data pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Partner with stakeholders on reporting and analytics solutions.
- Support migration of data and reporting workloads to Azure-based platforms.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, database engineering, data engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server development experience covering complex SQL, data modeling, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
