Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Lead with 7+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, modern web applications, cloud platforms, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-driven applications and solutions.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop, integrate, and deploy Generative AI, LLM, and Machine Learning solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
AI/ML & Generative AI
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
