Technical Lead, Platform & Full-Stack Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and operation of next-generation AI-enabled platforms and enterprise applications. This role combines deep full-stack engineering expertise with platform leadership, AI agent strategy, cloud-native technologies, identity management, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship for full-stack development.

Lead the strategy and implementation for AI Agent deployment, management, and scaling.

Design and manage robust authentication (SSO, OAUTH) and centralized authorization, including Kong API Gateway.

Oversee and enhance CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes orchestration for secure deployments.

Drive workspace provisioning and integration of "fabric knowledge" leveraging Azure Entra.

Required Qualifications:

12+ years in software development, with significant technical leadership experience.

Proven full-stack expertise (modern front-end, Java/Python/Node.js, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).

Deep experience with SSO/OAUTH, centralized authorization, Kong API Gateway, and Azure Entra ID.

Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and application/Kubernetes security.

Demonstrated experience in AI Agent deployment and lifecycle management.
