Prism Cloud Consulting is seeking a visionary and hands-on Technical Lead for cloud-native solutions.
The role bridges complex business requirements and technical execution while combining strategic leadership with deep technical ownership.
The position is based in the Greater Toronto Area and candidates from anywhere in the GTA may be considered.
Engagement Details
- The engagement is a six-month contract.
- Expected hours are 38 per week.
- Immediate availability is requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team and foster continuous improvement.
- Design and oversee microservices and serverless architectures on AWS.
- Write production-grade Node.js code and conduct code reviews.
- Architect and optimize MongoDB and relational database solutions.
- Own the software development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Solve complex bottlenecks independently and communicate technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
