The APAC OT Network team serves as an escalation point for technical issues that are complex in nature which are escalated from the customer / program / operation team.
The position provides in-depth technical support by working across departments within L+G and Customer teams.
The Network team is responsible for driving a resolution to technical / functional issues.
If technical issues cannot be resolved.
The position requires strong technical, customer management skills and knowledge of business processes & functions to implement new projects and resolve customer's issues.
