The Technical Lead with expertise in.NET, C#, and WPF will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. They will be the key point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality code delivery within project timelines.
The ideal candidate should have C# as the primary technical skill, with a proficiency level of 2 to 4 and a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience. Mandatory technical competencies include experience with Windows command-line environments, proficiency in the Visual Studio IDE (minimum level 2), and a solid understanding of software testing concepts (minimum level 2). Exposure to additional programming and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Excel VBA, or PowerShell is considered an advantage, with a preferred proficiency level of 2 to 4. Experience with tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Jira, and Linux is desirable, with at least basic proficiency (Level 1). Candidates should also possess software code debugging skills with a proficiency level between 2 and 4.
From a soft skills perspective, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and logical thinking, each with a proficiency level of 3 to 4. In particular, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience applying logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills in a professional environment.
For domain-specific requirements, candidates must have basic knowledge of Electronics with at least Level 1 proficiency. Familiarity with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) products and ATE test program development is considered a strong advantage. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; however, this requirement may be waived for engineers who are new to the semiconductor test domain.
