Technical Lead (.NET, Azure, and SQL Server)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and SQL Server to lead the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of L2 Production Support , application troubleshooting, incident management, problem resolution, and end-to-end system ownership.

This role requires a blend of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, logical problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

· Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

· Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural governance while promoting coding standards and development best practices.

· Design and develop modern applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework, and Angular/React technologies.

· Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.

· Lead L2 production support activities by driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support DevOps and release management processes, including CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, quality compliance, and application modernization efforts.
