Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Analyze functional requirements and design technical customizations to enhance business processes across multiple modules.

Develop and optimize X++ code following industry standards and coding best practices.

Manage version control and development lifecycle using tools such as VSTS and Azure DevOps.

Design and build complex reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide actionable insights.

Serve as a technical advisor by offering innovative solutions aligned with client business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to timelines.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying current with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics technologies.

Coach and develop junior team members to build a strong, capable technical workforce.

Required Technical Expertise:

Proven experience (8+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platforms.

Strong proficiency in X++ development, customization, and deployment.

Hands-on experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps for source code management and build automation.

Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O technical architecture and modules.

Expertise in SSRS report development and integration.

Ability to lead design discussions, estimate effort, and implement solutions efficiently.
