Role Overview
EvoluteIQ is seeking a hands-on Java Technical Lead with deep engineering capability, architecture expertise, problem-solving ability, and delivery ownership.
The role is not coordination-only and requires close involvement with code, technical diagnosis, architecture decisions, and implementation quality.
The position lists eight to twelve years of experience and permanent employment.
Architecture and Solution Design
- Own technical design for major features, modules, integrations, and services from requirements through production deployment.
- Understand request flows across browser and network protocols, security layers, application services, databases, messaging, infrastructure, and operations.
- Select architecture patterns and technologies based on functional requirements, constraints, operability, and maintainability.
- Design service state, interaction models, clustering, scaling, caching, distributed processing, failover, and resilience mechanisms.
- Identify architecture risks, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, integration concerns, and failure modes early.
Java and JVM Engineering
- Provide hands-on leadership in modern Java development, including implementation, debugging, profiling, and review of complex production code.
