Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable software applications.
Provide hands-on technical leadership while balancing delivery with engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive feature delivery with focus on quality, performance, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability.
Technical Requirements
- Frontend experience with React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of system design and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience with Agile, code reviews, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
