Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering graduate or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
• Graduate candidates need 3–5 years of relevant experience, while diploma candidates need 5–8 years.
• Relevant experience should be in critical facilities such as data centers, operating theaters, or process industries.
• Knowledge of critical-facility safety principles and practices is required.
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

Technical Skills

• Experience includes utilities monitoring, vendor management, O&M spend, energy consumption, spare management, AMCs, and SLA-based repair and maintenance.
• Experience or understanding of integrating passive facility equipment with an Integrated Building Management System is expected.
• The role requires management of HVAC, PAC, UPS, SMPS, batteries, HT/LT distribution, generators, transformers, fire, security, and building systems.
