Job Scope
The Technical Lead Consultant provides advice and consultancy on company products and solutions across various industry sectors.
The role determines project requirements and leads the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of deliverables while overseeing a team of engineers.
Technical and Operations Duties
- Determine project requirements, assign deliverables, and develop work schedules for the team.
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet standards and timelines.
- Understand customer requirements and propose necessary actions and solutions.
- Develop technical specifications related to company solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement client solutions while recommending enhancements to systems and services.
- Ensure appropriate testing is conducted with clients on implemented solutions.
- Maintain implementation, design, best-practice, and other required documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support during the stabilization period.
- Identify information for new sales and service opportunities while working with client teams.
- Deliver technical training to clients.
- Issue progress reports, analyze risks, and propose recommendations.
Talent Development Duties
- Lead and coach the team to cultivate empowerment and ownership.
- Develop team capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or another related field.
- At least seven years of relevant experience.
