About the Role
The Tech Lead - DST drives end-to-end support operations, reliability engineering, and partner capacity building for large-scale digital health systems on the DIGIT platform.
The role combines IT support and SRE practices to improve availability, resilience, observability, and infrastructure scalability.
The role also leads knowledge transfer, training, and operational playbooks for external partners and internal teams.
SRE and Platform Stability
- Establish and enforce SRE practices using SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless post-mortems for production environments.
- Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and self-healing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce technical debt, improve resilience, and optimize peak-load performance.
Support Operations and Governance
- Lead and manage multi-tiered L1–L4 support structures while ensuring SLA adherence and rapid issue resolution.
- Drive incident escalation processes and serve as technical lead for critical production issues.
