Job Summary
Serve as a technical lead for hybrid-work data solutions.
Design and implement scalable platforms using cloud services, Python, big data technologies, and advanced data modeling.
Build secure and reliable data products that support analytics, innovation, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of scalable data architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Design comprehensive data models for performance, consistency, integrity, and maintainability.
- Develop Python-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and validation.
- Implement Spark solutions for high-volume data processing.
- Architect cloud-native data platforms using GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Translate analytical requirements into technical specifications with product owners and analysts.
- Establish coding standards, review practices, and quality gates.
- Optimize queries, storage formats, and partitioning strategies for scalable workflows.
- Apply access controls, encryption, and monitoring for data security and compliance.
- Implement deployment, monitoring, and incident management for data services.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Document architectures and drive standardized data models across business domains.
