- Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks
- Develop and contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools to develop and implement project communication plans
- Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope with stakeholders
- Manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management or 5+ years of software implementation experience in healthcare
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or related)
- Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (12 15 at various stages)
- Experience managing project teams
- Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of project teams and stakeholders
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical imaging implementations and workflows (preferred)

About the Role

- Our Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas.
- You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Canada (except Saskatchewan).

- Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives.
- Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives.
- Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks.
- Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals.
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools to develop, document and implement project communication plans.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management or 5+ years of experience with software implementation in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or related).
- Experience managing projects of medium to large scope.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time (12 15 at various stages).
- Experience managing project teams.
- Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of project teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
- Smartsheet experience.
- Experience working with global project teams.
- Knowledge of medical imaging implementations and workflows, databases, enterprise class information systems, health care imaging (Radiology and Cardiology), cloud based systems.
- Familiarity with interface standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful situations.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment.
- Ability to manage project risks.
Salary Range
- The salary range for Canada residents is CAD 82,700 to CAD 171,900 annually.
