- Distribute and prioritize workloads across the team to support seasonal timelines and business demands
- Establish and refine fit specifications, grading standards, and technical consistency across multiple product categories
- Conduct fit evaluations and communicate detailed fit comments and revisions to vendors and production partners
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams throughout product development
- Support technical execution across categories including denim, knitwear, tailoring, outerwear, and additional apparel classifications
- Ensure garment construction, measurements, and fit standards align with brand expectations and production requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within the apparel industry in technical design, fit, or related functions
- Previous leadership or team management experience considered an asset
- Post secondary education in Fashion Design or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting techniques, grading, and pattern correction processes
- Experience working with pattern making and fit software such as PAD systems, LECTRA, or comparable platforms
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Bamboo Rose, Centric, and related technical systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross functional teams while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment
