Role Overview
Act as the technical bridge between the frontline field service network and internal R&D engineering teams.
Diagnose complex undocumented vehicle issues, resolve immediate problems, and turn fixes into repeatable processes.
Advanced Field Diagnostics
- Serve as the final escalation point for unresolved field issues.
- Diagnose complex edge cases that bypass standard service procedures.
R&D Troubleshooting and Ideation
- Collaborate with R&D hardware and software teams to investigate field failures.
- Develop permanent engineering countermeasures for complex vehicle issues.
