Job Description: Salesforce Engineering Manager
We are seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead distributed engineering teams and drive delivery of complex projects across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth in Salesforce implementations, and the ability to align cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. Engineering Manager Responsibilities include researching and developing new products, building projects and overseeing the successful execution of projects throughout the year. Ultimately, you will work closely with different teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
- Hire, build, and manage globally distributed Salesforce engineering teams.
- Plan and execute long‑term strategies for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Understand and improve engineering KPIs, with a focus on Salesforce platform performance and scalability.
- Lead and drive significant results across multiple teams, including: Managing 3+ engineers with direct reports. Overseeing 2+ Salesforce engineering teams focused on CPQ/Billing solutions. Leading business‑critical cross‑functional initiatives involving Sales, Finance, and Product.

- Conduct managerial interviews and mentor engineering managers in Salesforce hiring practices.
- Generate and implement process improvements for Salesforce development, testing, and release management.
- Hold regular 1:1s and skip‑level meetings to foster growth and alignment.
- Provide management mentorship and career planning guidance.
- Enable collaboration across Product, Quality, UX, and Finance teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
