Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents
- Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Visit project sites to ensure alignment with progress
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions under the guidance of the sales account manager
- Stay up to date on the latest lighting products, technologies, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Fresh, up to 2 years of experience in the lighting field
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
- Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Visiting Project’s Sites to make sure we are aligned with every progress.
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance to customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions under the guidance of the sales account manager.
Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on the latest lighting products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Provide technical Support to customers and to present samples, making mockup if required.
Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with order processing and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls
- Fresh, up to 2 years’ Experience in the lighting Field
- Excellent team player
- Strong communication skills and well developed interpersonal skills
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with ability to meet important deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (MS office)
- Can be able to work on our ERP system following our rules
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
