Join Hollis's Nottingham-based IT Operations team as a Technical Engineer supporting a broad range of IT disciplines.

The role provides hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, service desk support, security, and mobile device management.

Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to the business.
Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Help define technical standards and support protocols.
Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
Support mobile device management and app deployment.
